| Cardcaptor Sakura is about a fourth grade girl named Sakura who one day finds a magical book of clow cards in her father's study. Once she opens the book and says the first cards name, all of the cards are released and fly out of her home. She then meets a small creature named Keroberos (Kero for short) who was also released when the seal on the book was opened. And so together with some other friends and allies she begins to capture the cards that were released from their seal. I would reccomend this to anyone (i'm a big fan ^-^). Though it is mostly aimed towards girls, there is also a good plot so just give it a chance! If you are looking for more action and don't mind missing a lot of episodes, then I would say you should go with the english version. If you want a good plot and don't mind not as much action as the english version and more cute scenes, then watch the uncut Japanese version (its the best one out there!). |
