Look at yourself in the mirror and see what you are wearing. Is it the latest style? The cultural norm? Why do you have it? Sentimental value? or because it's what everyone else is wearing? We hardly ever show who we really are anymore. These days, it's all about fitting in with the people around us, they create the enviornment that we live in, and that controls us.
When you do not care about what other people will think, say, or do, you act completely different. If you can rid yourself of trying to please the anticipation we live off of, you end up trying to upset it. We have yet to find a mid-point in which we can accept people for what and who they are and not try to control their lives, or let them control ours...
