Penang, Langkawi (Malaysia) - 2004

This time, should be the first time I use English to write my journey for my HP.. since, this time is special.. Because they are there!

28th June,2004 <Day 1> Monday    - Penang, Malaysia -

Day one! We take MH073 (A330) departure at 14:45 to KL, the capital city of Malaysia first then transit to MH1164(small plane) to Penang! I am really so excited! As Finally I can meet up with the net friends I know for over 4 years! As usual, I didn't eat the food provided on the plane... but also the first time I know that  Malaysia airline not providing any fruit meal... so.. I bought some sandwich before I get on the plane... anyway, It doesn't any matter, as this is was I always do. 

When arrived KL, Its about 18:30. then arrive Penang is around 20:30... late already.. But we still got to go visit to the first place -- 關仔閣 to have our self pay dinner. Its a Hawker food market for tourist. When we get there, its about 21:30 then we got 1 hour in there... I am so worry... since I was planned to meet him at 22:30.. I am going to be late... >___< then I tried to make phone call to him... however... IT DON'T WORK!!!! HOW COMES?? OH GOD!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what's wrong.. not enough money paid? dial wrong number? hmm no idea at all.. And I don't even know how to use my roaming mobile phone to call to oversea.... at that time... I really gonna die! hahahhaha Poor me! 

when We arrived the Berjaya Georgetown Hotel its about 23:00 ... I got his SMS!! Thanks God! whatever we are going to meet or not... still need to tell him first.. that's what I'm thinking about.. He is willing to meet me up even it was so late at night... and I feel very sorry to disturb him so late... He still gonna work the other day... >___< 

At about 23:20. He ring the room as I requited him to come to the room to pick me up... who is he? ^^ he is Zeneca! A lovely guy!( Zen ar~ I really want to put your pic in here! But I know you might care to do this!) 

Then we went out to take supper! But.. when we left the hotel... it started to rain again!!! Heavily!! so we drive around to take a look in PG then when stop raining we been to try the " Roti Tissue" its some kind of biscuits which made looks like a cone.. very tall one... as they said, when two get together, it like like the "Twin Tower" in KL! yes! I do agree what they said!  however I forget to take the pic of it! :P its delicious! Must try if you go there!

Then around 01:30, we back to Hotel.. :) 

29th June,2004 <Day 2> Tuesday    - Penang, Langkawi -

We wake up very early in the morning this day to visit to the Nurmese Buddhist Temple then we have to go to the pier to take boat to Langkawi. Its raining like crazy! And we have to Bring along with out own suitcase!! Poor me!! the suitcase is above 20KG! and I got to upload and download it to the boat by myself! v____v OH no!!! 

We have to take about 1hs 45mins to the coral island then 45mins to Langkawi. Since Heavy rain, the wave is so big... most of the people get nausea and vomit on the boat... I've tried my best.. but finally vomited when arrived the coral island... my sis said me " useless" >__<!

Finally we arrived Langkawi!!! Thanks God! then we been the the Eagle pier ( 神鷹碼頭) then have our lunch there. But actually can't eat much, since got nausea... v___v After that, we go sightseeing in Langkawi. First place is to go is to the E.S.U Garden(英聯邦首長公園). Actually nothing to see in this park... just the principle of the countries in E.S.U grow some trees there.. so.. quite boring to visit there... after that we went to the Princess Masori's Graveyard <-- actually I don't know the english name of it... (瑪索尼公主墓)  in there... we saw the house of malaysian, and buy 2 kind of food which my dad know how to make... I don't know the name of it.. but its yummy!  After that we been to the Under Water World. In there, we saw lots of fishes, shakes, got some very very big one.. wow.. quite suprised to see such a big fish!!

After that, we back to hotel, its the Berjaya Langkawi Beach & Spa Resort. Its some separate house located in the mountain... even need to take shuttle bus between the room and the lobby... quite troublesome... :P sometimes need to wait 5 to 10 mins for the bus.. actually we are not patient enough... so we rather to walk to the hotel... hahahahhaa luckily its not far to the lobbly... takes about 5 mins only. 

Its quite a boring night.. cause nothing to do in the night... and no place to walk around... only one thing can do is to sleep early.

30th June,2004 <Day 3> Wednesday    - Langkawi -

In the early of this day, We take Jet-ski to visit around the islands. To see Eagles and the Redwood Forest,  fishing and swim! I've got 2 small and 3 medium sizes fishes. the 2 small fish we let them back to the sea as they are too small the other 3 we BBQ them in lunch. There is a heavy rain while we are going to fish.. so we change plan to swim in the Lake in the Maternity Island (孕婦島). very funny... becasue some of us don't know how to swim at all... including me! :P but I still get into the water! :D And cause of the heavy rain. the wave becomes very big.. then we all got wet before we go swim.... v__v we said.. just like playing the roller coaster!

After fishing, We went to a small island to cook our fishes for lunch.. of course got other food too. some people said.. it just like a stowaway... hahahahaha yes.. it is! and... Nausea again! Poor... and we back to hotel after the lunch. Then go out for dinner and go buy some food for souvenir after dinner and we requested the tour guide bring us to buy some fruits. we all have fun today! specially play the "water roller coaster"! hahahahhaha 

1st July,2004 <Day 4> Thursday    - Langkawi, Penang -

Today, we bring along with our suitcase to take boat to Coral Island again.. because we are going back to Penang! this time, the suitcase become more heavier... since we bought some foods. But luckily, no rain.. then its better! We can wear goggle to see the fish under water! its so fun! there are so many fishes! I love it! we bring some biscuits to feed them! and I like them to come around me... just like playing with me.. and I can touch them! It's really great! imagine you swim with hundreds of the fishes! ( I didn't said thousands because if thousands comes to me... I probably be the food of them...hahah) The Island is so beautiful! we went to see people feed the shakes on the island. wow... really got shakes! Must becareful! I also saw some visitor go swim with the shakes .... well... luckily the shakes not going to eat them.. if not... ... :X

Since nausea.. so I can't eat at all on the boat... just can have some fruits.. and then I go feed the fish again :) but then.. I also got tan! :O oh no! hahahahhahaha anyway~ 

Oh remember! you cannot use shampoo or shower foam ! Because you will kill the fish with that! Oh... and don't feed the fish with whatever you like! we saw a Taiwanese woman who want to throw some spaghetti into the sea! they are crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never seen that! and they also caught some hermit crab! how can they do that?!!??! Impossible! Those people are NUTS!

About 14:30, we start our journey again back to Penang. about 17:30, we arrive Penang. Then the guide take us to buy food again.. this time we buy "Udang Rangup Bercili" (香脆蝦米辣椒) very delicious! hahahahahah I bought 2 ar!!!!!

At 19:30, my sis, me and Zeneca went to have dinner.. before that, he show us to the Kek Lok Si temple.. however too late to be there... closed... maybe next time then. We been to have Hawker Food again ^^ I like fire Kou Tiao! 炒粿條! very nice!! and of cause satay!! I don't know how many satay i have ate this time! hahahahha yummie yummie!!!!!!!!  then zen buy me some food to bring back to HK.. one of them si the tambum biscuit, its really nice! only smell to it, you'll want to  eat! hahaha  after dinner, we send my sis back to Hotel then we go out next station to meet Mega! Finally can meet up with Mega lor~~~How nice he is! I am so happy and exciting! :D we went to eat Roti Tissue again in the branch of the shop we ate in the first day. this time.. the roti tissue more taller then the last one! wow!! we chat until 24:00 then return to Hotel... and ends up all the journey... Its a bit sad.. But I can't help.. I got to leave... >___< sob sob!

2nd July,2004 <Day 5> Friday    - Penang, Malaysia -

The last day in Penang, we wake up a bit late as we don't have anything to do today. After breakfast, we went out to walk around the hotel.. we when to Plaza Guenry. Its just open.. but still got less shop opened.. so we just take a look, then back to Hotel. One thing very serious.. that I don't know how to cross the road...v___v there is no way for you to pass to the opposite side... hmmm so we just wait to see how people cross then we do the same thing... hehehe... :P

11:30, we go to have lunch-- curry fish head then go to airport and back to HK.... arrive HK, its about 22:30... arrive home.. about 00:30........

Its a bit rush! Mega said.. I only stayed in PG for few hours instead of 2 days... yeah.. I agree with what he said... so maybe next time lor...
