Here's a bit of info on Tantra
Yoga, which has been described as sacred sexuality. This is Really Important for all sexually active people, of any age. Tantra Yoga has been around for many thousands of years, and is at least worth an objective look. It is now available to the 'ordinary person' and it's practice can and will solve many, if not all, of the problems resulting from the mis-understanding and consequent abuse and nagging doubts of human sexuality.
