A new game, ROLLDOWN, is introduced in conjunction with nine other state lotteries. The game gives players a chance to win a pari-mutuel jackpot. However, if the jackpot is not won, all the money that would have been the jackpot �rolls down� and is distributed to all the other prize winners in the game, giving them greater cash prizes.
