APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
Chapter Dues* are $20.00 per year ($15.00 per year for students and seniors over 62).
This fee includes your national dues !
Dues are divided into 3 areas: (1) we pay national dues of $6.00 per year for each member, (2) we pay insurance of about $6.25 per member per year, and (3)the remainder goes into the local chapter's general fund to support the news letter and other club functions. This is $2.75 from seniors and $7.75 from regular membership.
To apply for membership in the Pennsylvania Chapter of the Friends of Mineralogy, click on the "Application Form" button below, then print the form, fill it out and send it, along with a check for your dues, to the address on the form.
