Summary:

Requiem picks up from where the anime series last left our heros. As Genjo Sanzo, Son Goku, Cho Hakkai & Sha Gojyo continue their way to the west, a gang of youkais (demons) attempted to block their way. The four easily eliminated the horde & moved on. Later, Hakkai misread the map (again...) & consequently they got lost. As if on cue, a pretty girl appeared, with a large bird-like creature after her. The foursome rescued the girl & escaped from the creature. As a token of graditude, the girl invited the four to spend a night at her master's house. Little did Sanzo & group know, a strange man was happily waiting for their arrival...
