Lv 2: 7%
Lv 3: 10%
Lv 4: 15%

Lv 10: 50%
Gaining exp will not be easily acheived. So how will you gain any exp to start off with? Well, quests are a good way to start. You will get a minimal amount unless the quest specifically adds an exp boost. Dragonballs are another possiblity (see Dragonballs page for the restrictions on wishes)! Also in battles you will gain exp 2% for each battle.
