Pre-Clare, Mia was a sweet innocent girl, who had a bizarre sense of humor, but since she had no friends, she kept it to herself. Pre-Mia, Clare was a raunchy cause, lost in the world of conservative prepdom at high school. Then one miraculous day, while being scared straight at the local prison, the two met while trying to release a very attractive red haired man with a cross-shaped scar in hakamas. Since then, the world hasn't been the same. Not only was a deadly killer on the loose, but Mia and Clare found themselves being catalysts to each other's combustible and unstable personalities.

We shared many unmentionable experiences in high school, that resulted in us being yelled at, taunted, and even being called lesbians. But we were strong, we knew that our mutual love for Mulder would help us get through this trying time. Many years have past and we are still partners in crime. Even through 3 inches of glass, we manage to maintain contact with each other. Mia and Clare have a special bond that will last for many years, even when we are old and tired and back in prison.
