3 wishes for every time.After the wish is fullfilled the balls turn like rock,are
dispersed in the planet namek and became active only after 130 days.This dragon
cannot satisfy a wish that need more power than his creator.The dragon can
revive the same person for many times but can be revived only one person for
every wish.

The dragon is named SHENLONG. After the wish is fullfilled the balls are dispersed
in all the universe and if these are not finded and used another time in a
year the planet where these were used for the last time will explode. The
