| Episode 23 Tournament - Monster Beast Giran Last match of the first round is Goku vs. Giran. Giran laughs at his opponent. A storm is raging above, and it starts to rain, so the match was posponed. Goku and Giran don't listen, and are still standing in the ring ready to fight at first. Goku and the gang are eating under an umbrella talking, saying Giran cheats. Giran suddenly approaches the eating area. Giran orders milk, and people start laughing, and Giran slaps one of em down with his tail. After the rest of the people insult Giran, Giran attacks most of the people. Giran asks for more milk, and while the waiters pouring, Giran beats the rest of em. Goku's excited. When Giran's about to step on one of the people, Yamcha stops him. Giran says he has a rash, and yamcha walks away. Giran attacks Yamcha, and they start fighting. Giran tries to punch Goku, but misses. Chun stops Goku and Giran, and says that fighting outside the arena is against the rules, and that u won't get the prize money. The sun comes out, and Giran and Goku are about to fight again, but Goku can't be found. Goku has two minutes to get on the ring, or he has to forfeit the match. A lady finds him sleeping. The announcer drags him on the ring. ~Gong!~Giran hold his hand out, and says he has a secret. Goku walks over, and Giran punches Goku across the ring. GOKU GETS UP?!! They start fighting, and Goku grabs Giran by the tail, and throws him out of the ring. Giran, before he hits the ground, flies back in. Goku gets attacked by some purple-ly stuff tying him up. Giran picks Goku up and throws him really far. Goku calls the flying Nimbus, and it picks him up. Gokus back in the ring. The announcer says that Goku cant use the cloud again. Giran tries to attack Goku, but he disapears. It ends up that Goku's tail grew back, and its hanging on to Giran's arm. Goku tries his hardest, and finally gets the purple goop off him. Giran gives up the match, after Goku tests his tail out by springing up, and kicking a decoration near the ring.
