Hafa adai and welcome to the DPS Website Col. Santiago F. Tudela is currently Acting Commissioner for the Department of Public Safety. Upon the Commissioners return, Col. Tudela will resume his duties and responsibilities as the Deputy Commissioner of Operation. His outmost concern as our public servant is to insure that each and every Department of Public Safety personnel carried out their duties and responsibilites as assigned in the job description.
