| Work in Progress: Analysis of Home Sales | |||||
| Background: Migration into/out of town is a major factor that affects enrollment in the Avon public school system. Inward migration is evident when births from five years prior are compared with enrollment at the Kindergarten level. The incidence of outward migration however is less evident due to the lack of benchmark data. The objective of this project is to determine if regular selling patterns occurred during each of the last two years. A distinction will be made between new and existing homes. Scope of Project: Homes sales over a 30-month period beginning in April 2002 Expected Completion Date: January 2005 |
