The light in the eyes of him whose heart is joyful, rejoices the heart of others.
--Proverbs 15:30

Witvh the Jawbone of an Ass
And he found a new jawbone of an ass, and put forth his hand, and took it, and slew a thousand men therewith.
And Samson said, With the jawbone of an ass, heaps upon heaps, with the jawbone of an ass have I slain a thousand men.
--Judges 15:15,16

You do well to believe in God. Satan also believes...and trembles.
--James 2:19

And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch of their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.
--Luke 2:8-11

"Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time."
"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you
may know how you ought to answer each one."
- Co 4:5-6

"Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for
his friends." (Jn 15:13)

"You are My friends if you do whatever I command you." (Jn 15:14)

James 5:11 (NNAS) We count those blessed who endured. You have heard of the endurance of Job and have seen the outcome of the Lord's dealings, that the Lord is full of compassion and is merciful.

Mat 10:29-31 (NIV) Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father. 30 And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

(Mat 10:19 NRSV) When they hand you over, do not worry about how you are to speak or what you are to say; for what you are to say will be given to you at that time.

(Phil 4:6 -7NRSV) Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

It is better to have a little with righteousness, than to be
rich and wicked - Pr 16:8

If you make fun at their plight, beware! - Pr 17:5

And the Lord recompense His anger on those who rob the poor
- Pr 22:22-23

"Every word of God is pure;
He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him.
Do not add to His words,
Lest He reprove you, and you be found a liar." (Pr 30:5-6)

Ps 14:1-4 The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, they have committed abominable deeds; there is no one who does good. 2 The LORD has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men, to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God. 3 They have all turned aside; together they have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one. 4 Do all the workers of wickedness not know, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and do

Prov 10:8-10 The wise of heart will receive commands, but a babbling fool will be thrown down. 9 He who walks in integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out. 10 He who winks the eye causes trouble, and a babbling fool will be thrown down.

Prov 12:15 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man is he who listens to counsel.

Prov 17:28 Even a fool, when he keeps silent, is considered wise; when he closes his lips, he is counted prudent.

Prov 18:2 A fool does not delight in understanding, but only in revealing his own mind.

Isa 32:5-6 No longer will the fool be called noble, or the rogue be spoken of as generous. 6 For a fool speaks nonsense, and his heart inclines toward wickedness, to practice ungodliness and to speak error against the LORD, to keep the hungry person unsatisfied and to withhold drink from the thirsty.

Luke 12:18-21 "And he said, 'This is what I will do: I will tear down my barns and build larger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods. 19 'And I will say to my soul, "Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years to come; take your ease, eat, drink and be merry."' 20 "But God said to him, 'You fool! This very night your soul is required of you; and now who will own what you have prepared?' 21 "So is the man who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God."
