| Christmas Pig Had his money, had his fame, He was lonely just the same. They say money cant buy love, But fear and money go hand in glove. His money hed never give away, Said if he did Thatll be the day, Be the day when pigs will fly. Close your ears to the orphans cry, Whose fault is it if they die? So he lay there snug in bed With the demons in his head. Didnt sleep too much that night, Had a dream of wondrous fright. It was a night the angels cried, Was a day he almost died. In the dark of night he saw the light, And the devils feared the sight. Heard the words of the angels voice, In that night he made his choice. Never thought Id see pigs fly, He mustve heard the orphans cry. He lives now in the warmth of love, He leaves his money and flies above. It was a day when pigs would fly, It was a day the demons died. Was the day the seas ran dry, And I heard the Angels cry. Was a day they saw him bleed, Was a day when he killed greed. |
