Now, some folks might find this sketch a little unbecoming. But I find the backsides of people to be quite interesting. After all, it is the one part of the body that we least take notice. Medium: Ink

I find that the hand is often overlooked. It is one of the most expressive of bodyparts and is also very difficult to sketch. Medium: Charcoal and brown pastel

This drawing is composed of a sketch I made of an old Ukranian named "Josif " on break from work. His hands were permanently contorted from arthritis and he spoke with an air of authority from the days of old in Russia when communism was still the way. He could not lay his head down like the rest of us, maybe to show that he still had some youth in him, but merely layed his heavy burdened head onto his calloused hand during work break.. Title: Josif Medium: Ink
This is a quick sketch of my grandmother. Medium: ink

This is a drawing of a disgruntled rooster. Probably because he was about to be beheaded on the tree stump behind him. Title: Angst Rooster Medium: Ink
