I have not been to the movies in
quite a while. However, Netflix is one of my favorite things in the
world. So, when I have time, I like to catch up on what I have been missing.
Win a Date With Tad Hamilton - A, cute, innocent, hopeful
Okay, I didn't think I would like this one because typically, I do not like movies that have no other purpose than to make money off of teeny-boppers and sad boyfriends who are dragged along. However, I absoutely loved this movie. Every girl deserves a "Pete." And I am completely in love with Topher Grace, so there!
Thirteen - B, just 'cause it scared me!
Oh...my...gosh. You know,
not many movies make me want to immediately take a brain shower, but this
one did! It was incredibly disturbing. I actually covered my
eyes on multiple occasions. The screenplay is based on the life of
the actress who plays the "friend". I think that it is, sadly, an
accurate depiction of the lives of some teenagers. It makes you worry
for your future children and/or the people that will try to influence them.
I really want to see these movies:
Mean Girls - Yes, girls ARE mean!
The Stepford Wives - I have to see the original first though...there is a loooong wait on Netflix.
The Day After Tomorrow - These natural disaster movies are always a scream! I like to make fun of them!
Saved! - I saw the preview for this online and it intrigued me.
Shrek 2 - Because I LOVE Shrek!
Documentary: Super Size Me - This is the one about the guy who ate McDonald's for 30 days straight, yuck!
