Tickwogh Sailing and Racing Camp
Camp Tickwogh is something of an offshoot from our main camp. Tickwogh is a bit of its own entitiy here at Tockwogh and is left to focus on sailing and racing. Perhaps the most exciting aspect of this racing camp is that you get to learn how to race on Lasers. Ages run from about thirteen to fifteen and all ability levels are welcome, all that is needed is an earnest desire to learn how to race dinghies.
However, while Tickwogh has traditionally centered on sailing, in recent years advanced skiing and wakeboarding have become part of the program. Just south of Tickwogh on the bay is an inlet to a small sheltered pond, Still Pond. It certainly earns its name, for no matter how rough the bay becomes Still Pond remains as flat as a sheet of glass, always perfect skiing conditions.
