This is the home page to the webring Saturn's Interactive Anime Ring! as created by me, Nakura (also known as Sailor Vega). I am urging you to join if you either own a site with an RPG, clique, webring, club, or anything you could consider interactive. (ex:Interactive Game or story. Please no quizes). You can own any of those. There are just a few rules.
1)It can be about any anime.
2)NO HENTAI!!!!!!!!!! I will make NO exceptions.
3)Your site MUST be at least 25% anime related.
4)You must put the code in an obvious place. (ex:Joined page, home page, splash page etc.)
5)It may take a little while for me to approve your submition. Just making sure you know.
