| Hi, my name is Jacelyn and my daddy is a Sailor. He is not with me and mommy right now, and we miss him very much. Mommy say's he will come home in a few months, but he won't get to stay for long. I wish daddy didn't have to leave me anymore. He makes me cry when he leave's. E.J is my little brother (E.J stands for Ernest Jr.) and he want's to go on the ship with daddy next time. Mommy say's when we get bigger we can take daddy to the big boat and say buh-bye there, and we can also go with mommy to pick up daddy from the water when we get bigger. For now mommy has us stay with our neighbor's The Harriss's. Mrs. Harriss is very nice, and she bakes us cookies. Mommy call's her Jenn and She said daddy loves her choclate chip cookies, so much in fact he had mommy talk to Mrs.Harriss about making some cookies and sending them to daddy. I dont know how daddy would get them he is in the middle of the water. Mommy says that the military can do anything it wants to do and mommy can't stop them from doing it, like when they take daddy away. When mommy tucks me and E.J. in bed each night she kisses us on our forehead and says to pray for daddy cause our world leaders can use all the help they can get, I dont know what they have to do with daddy. Mommy say's daddy gets to spend christmas with us this year, but she isn't gonna hold her breath, I wonder if she could hold it until daddy calls her to come get him??? Mommy sometime's cries when she goes night night. She says she gets things in her eyes, but I think it's because she misses daddy and E.J. says it's because mommy is an alien...all because she dressed in black and went to some quiet place where everyone was crying for Petty Officer Smith. Mommy say's we are lucky it wasn't daddy, but I don't understand what mommy is talking about. |
