Okay, here is part 2! I do not own pokémon! I only own Destiny, new pokémon, and new attacks! Yes, I know their stats are rather exaggerated but who gives! It’s my fic! Bug off and leave me alone! Anyways, please read and review! I hate having only 1 or 2 reviews when some people have hundreds! Please review! Ash’s current skills as Destiny are Teleportation, Transformation, and Telepathy.

Part 2: Challenge of the Samurai, Ash catches?, and the Pewter City Gym. Also, Ash’s new traveling companion!

Ash was journeying through a forest with Pikachu on his head, Pidgeot and Fearow flying high in the sky (hey, that rhymes!), Bulbasaur trotting along, and Beedrill and Butterfree choosing to remain in their poke balls. Following behind him was a furious redhead who was continuously screaming. Ash and his pokémon all had sweat drops on their head and sighed. It was going to be a long trip.

Suddenly, Ash spotted a small, red and black spotted pokémon. Ash whipped out his pokédex and pointed it at the creature. Dexter’s voice chimed in. “Ledyba, the five star pokémon. When the weather turns cold, lots of Ledyba gather from everywhere to cluster and keep each other warm.” “All right! I’m going to capture it!” shouted Ash. “Bulbasaur, go! Immobilize it with Vine Whip!” Bulbasaur appeared and Vine Whipped Ledyba so it couldn’t move. “Poke ball, go!” The poke ball appeared and Ledyba was sucked inside. Ash smiled. Misty screamed.

“Ah! It’s a bug! Help!” yelled Misty, running away from Ash as fast as she could. Ash looked puzzled and sighed, then decided that if she didn’t want to follow him because he had a bug pokémon, he wouldn’t have to listen to her whine. Just then, Misty ran screaming back at him.

Ash rolled his eyes and groaned. A boy wearing a Samurai outfit walked up and stuck his sword in Ash’s face. “I demand a battle!” he said. Ash grinned. “All right, Pidgeot, go!” “Pinser, go!” shouted Samurai. *Pidgeot, Gust!* Pidgeot used Gust on Pinser, knocking it into a tree, which fainted it. (Come on, Pinser is a bug! Pidgeot is a bird! Pidgeot is on a very high level!) “Pinser return! Metapod go!” said Samurai. “Pidgeot, Whirlwind!” shouted Ash. Metapod was whirlwinded and fainted also. Ash grinned. Samurai looked stricken.

“Amazing. I would not have thought that a novice would have had such a powerful flying pokémon.” Said Samurai. “I’m not a novice.” Said Ash crossly. “I’ve worked at a pokémon center nearly all my life so I know tons about pokémon.” “Quit bragging!” shouted Misty. Unfortunately, her loud voice had alerted a Beedrill swarm. Misty took off running with Beedrill chasing after her.

Ash rolled his eyes as he watched Misty run away from Beedrills. He sat back and relaxed. Samurai stared at him. “Dost thou not care for the shrieking maiden?” he asked. Ash shrugged. “She’ll come back soon. Besides, she’s following me for a bike because Pidgeot destroyed it. Ash shrugged and watched Misty run. Finally, he decided to do something. “Fearow, go! Let’s get out of here!” shouted Ash. Fearow took off with Ash, Pikachu, and Bulbasaur. They arrived in Pewter a few minutes later.

“Hi!” said Ash as he walked into the gym. “I would like to challenge the leader for a badge!” “Okay.” Said a voice as a boy with spiky brown hair and no eyes materialized. “This battle will be two on two. I am Brock, leader of the Pewter City Gym!” You can not beat me!”

Ash just grinned. “Bulbasaur, go!” “Geodude, go!” said Brock. *Bulbasaur, Razor Leaf! * Bulbasaur let off a barrage of leaves at Geodude, which fainted it. “Geodude, return! Onix go!” shouted Brock. *Bulbasaur, Solarbeam! *  (Author’s note: Yes, Bulbasaur can already know Solar beam, it just takes a lot of training.) The Onix was solarbeamed and easily fainted. “Wow.” Said Brock; surprised that Bulbasaur was so powerful. “All right, you have earned the Boulder Badge.”

Ash took the badge and headed to the pokémon center, where he called his mom. Just then, Misty ran in covered with bug bites. “Ash! How dare you run off and leave me like this!” she cried. Ash raised his eyebrows. “I ran off? You were the one who ran away with a bunch of Beedrills chasing you. It’s not my fault!”

Misty glared at Ash and pulled out her mallet. She proceeded to whack Ash over the head with it. Ash got mad and so did Pikachu, who proceeded to zap Misty with ten thousand volts. Then, Ash ran off with Misty still chasing after him. After a while, they reached a network of fields. Ash went through and battled all of the Junior Trainers, who were really easy to beat. Finally, one said. “You know, you’re good! Maybe you can even take on A.J.!”

“Who’s A.J.?” asked Ash. The junior trainer pointed to a bamboo building. “A.J. lives there. He has a really powerful Sandshrew.” Ash smiled and said. “Well, he hasn’t met Ash Ketchum yet! Let’s go!” Misty rolled her eyes. Boys could be such a pain sometimes. Then, Ash yelled. “Misty, hurry up!”

Misty ran after Ash, who was already at the door of the building. “Hmm. A.J.’s Gym, not sanctioned by the pokémon league. I’ll give it a shot!” said Ash. “Look up there nitwit. He already has 97 wins. You only have 20 wins. Do you honestly think you can beat him?” asked Misty sarcastically. Ash looked unhappy and decided to ignore her remark. He knew he could beat A.J., but Misty was a girl, and girls didn’t think the same way boys did. (Author’s note: I am not discriminating against girls here, since I am a girl! I just needed an explanation!)

Ash was looking for A.J. when he spotted a trainer with spiky green hair carrying a backpack. “Are you A.J.?” he asked. The boy grunted and put down his bag. “Yes ah am. Do yah want ta battle me? I’m warning ya, I’m a real good trainer! I have neva lost!” he said. “Don’t be too sure.” Said Ash. “You want ta battle? All right, let’s head over tah the arena.” Said A.J. Ash and Misty followed.

“Ah choose Sandshrew!” shouted A.J., releasing the ground type. Ash decided that Bulbasaur needed some experience, so he sent her out. “Bulbasaur, I choose you!” he shouted. The small plant type appeared and growled at the Sandshrew. “Sandshrew, use your Fury Swipes!” shouted A.J. “Bulbasaur, Solarbeam!” yelled Ash. Bulbasaur took in power as Sandshrew Fury Swiped it, and let out a full-fledged Solarbeam that fainted Sandshrew. A.J. looked at Ash in shock. “No. That can’t be. No Bulbasaur can learn Solarbeam!”

“I think I just rewrote the rules.” Said Ash calmly as he recalled Bulbasaur. He picked up Bulbasaur and left. A few minutes later, he turned around to see A.J. running after him. Ash frowned. But instead, A.J. stuck out his hand. “Hey! I think you’re a good fella. Can I travel with ya?” Ash’s eyes widened. “Okay, sure!”

So Ash’s new travel companion is here….
