Hiya! Here is another pokémon fan fic! It’s a pokémon POV, and Ash is Destiny although its only mentioned once. Anyways, New pokémon, new attacks, and Destiny belong to me! Unless you are some poor deprived kid, you would know that I don’t own pokémon and I only own the above-mentioned stuff. () is translated pokémon speech, “” is human speech, and ** is thoughts. All right, on with the story! I whimpered in pain as my owner raised his whip again. I was bleeding badly and my fur was matted with dried blood, but he refused to stop. I cried out piteously as he kicked me in the side. “You rotten pokémon!” he cried, kicking me into the bushes. “There! Stay there and rot like the filth you are!” Without turning back, he walked off. I stared after his retreating figure with blurred eyesight. How had this happened? Why had I, his best pokémon, lost against a mere Squirtle? I was the princess of water types, yet this Squirtle had beaten me! I remembered now. The memories were very painful, even though the events had happened scant hours before. My master had been walking along when he bumped into a boy with spiky black hair who was carrying a Pikachu on his head. So he challenged the trainer. The trainer had sent out Cyndaquil first, who had been taken out by Seel. Then, Cyndaquil was replaced by Chikorita, who took out Seel and Dewgong. Finally, I was sent out. I Hydro Pumped the annoying Chikorita to the kingdom come. Fortunately for her, her trainer had caught her seconds after she flew into the air. Then, the trainer had sent out a Squirtle. I had scoffed at it, because it was a Squirtle, and Squirtles were weak, they never reached their full potential until they evolved into a Blastoise. It had replied by using an attack I had never seen before. Hydro Thunder. At first, it had looked like a Hydro Pump, so I had used my own Hydro Pump to Counter it, but then golden sparks of electricity had suddenly shot out of the water and electrocuted me. Still, I was still standing since I had managed to put up my acid armor just in time, so I retaliated with a Skull Bash. But just after I hit it, more water had surrounded me. I had assumed it was another Hydro pump, so I gave it a tackle. Then, the water froze into ice so I was immobile and could not attack at all. Then, I fainted. When I woke up, I was sitting in my poke ball at the pokémon center. I had been given back to my owner, who I was glad to see. However, I was surprised when he took me to a dark forest. I had stared at him in puzzlement until he had produced a whip from his backpack. (No! no! no! no! no!) I shouted in my native language, but it was no use. The stinging lashes finally brought me to the state I am in now. I didn’t hate my master. I hated his opponent. His opponent with the spiky black hair and the Pikachu, who had caused my loss! If he had evolved his Squirtle- I would have known! But he had not evolved the Squirtle, so I had not known that it was abnormally powerful. In my opinion, that was considered cheating. As soon as I healed, I decided, I would stalk and kill that opponent of his. It didn’t matter whether I had to follow him across the world. I would do it! And when my opponent was dead, Master would welcome me back. Everything would work out. Months later… I had recuperated and was now a very powerful Level 90 pokémon. None had captured me, although many had tried. I had soundly beaten all of their pokémon. With luck I had discovered a TM12 in the forest and learned Ice Beam. Now, I brooded silently and waited for the right moment to strike. Surely the boy and his Pikachu would pass this way. I knew this was a famous road. It led to Indigo-indigo something. But it was a place where all good trainers would gather and battle. Surely he would be there! It had been another normal day. I had caught plenty of fish for my breakfast and was taking a short nap when my sensitive ears caught the sound of footsteps. I woke up and peeked through the bushes. Coming along the road was a black-haired boy and a Pikachu. I sniffed the air and grinned. Here he was, the person who had humiliated me! It was a perfect opportunity. Except for that Pikachu. Somehow, I would have to lure it out of the way so it could not help its master… After thinking for a few minutes, I thought of a plan. Placing a pile of bright red apples by the road quite far away from where they were. Pikachu’s loved apples, I knew that from experience. I was sure that this Pikachu did too. Sure enough, the Pikachu scampered away from its master towards the apples. When I was sure it was far away enough, I pounced. I landed on his back, my claws digging into his jacket. “What the-?!” he said, jumping up. I quickly unsheathed the claws on my left paw and scratched him viciously across the throat. He screamed as he fell to the ground. Quick as lightning, I jumped off and ran into the bushes. The Pikachu was too far away, so it was a good five minutes later when it appeared. I watched interestedly from a tree. The human would be dead soon, no matter what the Pikachu did to try and help its master. The Pikachu looked at its trainer with horror. “Pika pi?” it asked. (Who did this?) The trainer weakly opened its eyes and managed to mutter my species name. I quickly hightailed it out of there. Now, I would try to find my master. Pikachu POV I stared in horror at Ash, my master/friend. He looked like he couldn’t last much longer, and I didn’t know what to do. He would die soon if we didn’t get him to a human center, quickly! But how? Then, I remembered that Ash had caught two Eevee a few months ago. One had evolved into Umbreon, but the other one- I quickly grabbed the poke balls. A minute later, a sleepy Eevee popped out. (Eevee! We need to get Ash to a human center or else he’ll die!) Eevee looked up at me and stared. (But what do you want me to do?) she asked. I was crying readily now. (Eevee, I know this is a hard thing to do, but could you please evolve into an Espeon?) It stared for a moment before nodding its head in resolve. White light surrounded Eevee as it evolved. When the light cleared, a slender Espeon was standing there. It reached into Ash’s backpack and withdrew a TM. Dust settled over it for a second. Then she stood next to Ash and her eyes flashed. (Teleport!) We arrived in Viridian, the last town we had visited. We dragged Ash into the human center. The nurse Joy there quickly got him to a room. While he was in surgery, Espeon and I waited patiently in the waiting room along with Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Waninako, Umbreon, and Heracross. Espeon POV I hadn’t expected Pikachu’s question, but I knew we had no choice. If Ash died, we would be trainer less and homeless. That would not be good. So even though I had hesitated at first, I agreed to Pikachu’s request. I evolved into an Espeon and learned Teleport. What I’d really want to know is who attacked Ash. I want to kill whoever did that! Ash was a good trainer, we all knew that! Besides, we didn’t know anyone who had a grudge against him. However, I hoped that whoever did this to Ash would be tried for justice. Pikachu POV Ash stayed in the hospital for two weeks. When he was finally released, he seemed different. I could sense that he was scared, but there was something else too. He started keeping me with him all the time. Like he was scared of another attack. He had a permanent scar around his neck, so he wore a black scarf to hide it. Somehow, I could feel his rage. He had missed the Indigo League Championships because of the attack, and it hit us all very hard. However, I had not expected him to explode when he read the news article about the new champion Darrel White. Then, I saw the picture. Sitting next to Darrel was a sleek blue Vaporeon, a Seel, a Dewgong, a Golduck, a Jynx, and a Blastoise. But it was the insufferably smug look on the Vaporeon’s face. It was so prominent I wanted to punch it. I restrained from the urge by looking at Ash. There was a calculating look in his eyes. I wondered what it was. Ash’s POV I’d fought Darrel before. I remembered. However, I’d heard rumors about how his Vaporeon had returned to him after it had killed a trainer. And he had accepted it back. It wouldn’t have hit me so hard except that I had been attacked by a Vaporeon that would have killed me if Eevee hadn’t evolved into Espeon and learned Teleport to get me to the hospital. I was starting to wonder if that was the Vaporeon that had attacked me. I decided to pay Darrel a little visit. Espeon POV I knew I just knew that it was Darrel’s Vaporeon who had almost killed Ash. At first it had just been a feeling, but when I had seen the newspaper article and picture it confirmed my suspicions. Well, instead of being tried for justice, that Vaporeon had been lavished with love by its master and inaugurated as a champion pokémon by the League. And Darrel would love his Vaporeon, because by attempting to kill Ash, it had prevented him from going to the pokémon league. I watched Ash as he got up abruptly and picked up my poke ball. “Come on Espeon, we’re going for a little visit.” He said. I could hear something in his voice which gave me courage, so I jumped into the ball. Pikachu jumped onto Ash’s head. Then, Ash walked out the door of the hospital and left. Pikachu POV I watched as Ash and I walked down several unfamiliar streets. Finally, we stopped before a giant white house. “This is it.” Said Ash as he extracted a poke ball from his pocket. “Sneasal, go.” He said softly. The evil cat pokémon materialized and blinked. “Cut through the gates.” Ash commanded. Sneasal did as she was told. When the bars were all cut, Ash expertly threaded his way through, avoiding lasers which would have alerted the occupant. I was a little puzzled. What was Master doing? Then, I remembered the guy and his Vaporeon. Espeon had told me that Ash had been attacked by a Vaporeon. I put two and two together and suddenly realized why Ash was doing this. It was what humans called revenge. Personally, I had wanted to zap whoever tried to kill Ash, but I had no idea why Ash was breaking into the guy’s house instead of challenging him in an isolated spot. That would have been so much quicker. Ash finally reached a bedroom. Quietly opening a door, he revealed a guy sleeping on the bed. There was a Vaporeon next to him. My fur stood up on end. I could feel waves of pure evil coming from the guy and his Vaporeon. My cheeks sparked as I got ready to use Ultimate Thunder. Ash put a finger to his lips as he withdrew a packet of powder from his pocket. He sprinkled it on both the human and the Vaporeon. The Vaporeon glowed and devolved into Eevee, while the human turned into a 1-month old baby. Ash smiled maliciously. Then, he motioned for me to do my attack. My cheeks sparked as millions of volts hit the sleeping baby and Eevee. Unfortunately, my attack did not work too well against normal types. Fortunately, it was much weaker as an Eevee, so it fainted. Suddenly, Ash’s other poke balls popped open. Ash quickly drew his amulet out of his shirt and held it above his head. There was a bright flash and Destiny was standing before us. In one had, he was holding the shadow blade. “Is everyone ready?” he asked. We all nodded simultaneously. Ash held his sword above his head as we all sent energy our respective color into it. Then, the was a loud explosion as lights appeared from nowhere and the house collapsed and burned. When the dust cleared, we were standing in the middle of a large empty patch of ground. “Now lets get out of here.” Said Ash. We all nodded as Espeon used Teleport and we headed back to our training home. Moral: Taking revenge is not a good thing. Don’t blame your failures on other people. So. Did you like it? Hate it? Please review! :) Anyways, I think I explained Hydro Thunder and Hydro Freeze already. If you don’t understand please ask. Review! Review! If you want a sequel, tell me!
