Powers (no more than 3):
Venus Furious Random Crescent Beam (Inherited from mother): Like thestandard Cescent beam, except many more beams are fired and they head out in random directions.
Venus Crescent Laser: After a brief power up, he shouts "Venus crescent laser" and holds his hand up in the air with one finger outstretched. From this finger, a thin blue laser traces along thefloor from his feet towards the enemy. This laser does no damage initself, so even if it hits the enemy, it will do no damage. Howevera couple seconds after the laser has traced over the floor, the line it traced erupts into light and anything caught in it suffers damage.
Venus Dual Slash: A joint attack between Seimei and Ukiyou. They stand next to each other--Seimei on the left and Ukiyou on the right,and hold hands. They begin to levitate up and each have a blue-orangeaura. They yell the phrase as they bring the opposite hand (that isn't being held) to their chests. A sword appears and they move forward, releasing each other as they randomly slash the enemy. This is a very powerful attack and is pretty deadly.
Personality: Happy, playful, Mischivous, disobidient
Regular clothes: Generals uniform around the palace/white fabric trenchcoat, white shirt, whitetrousers, white hat and (guess what?) white glasses and trainers when he sneaks out. He sometimes ties his hair back in a ponytail too.
Fuku: Silver armour with a blue cape and orange shoulder pads
Mental Stance: Quite sane!
Social Stance: Has many friends outside the palace when he sneaks out, however none of them know he is the prince. He finds palace life boring.
Background: The son of Minako Aino, Ukiyo has spent most of his life inside the palace. However, recently he has started sneaking out to have fun. He has a sister, Seimei whom he is generally friends with, but they being brother/sister tend to fight sometimes too. Since for most of their lives, Minako herself was on the Moon protecting the Queen, they rarely got to see her, and even now that she's home, she is usually too busy being Queen.

Other: He likes to play lead guitar and sing for a small rock band outside the palace called Kuro Kyuuseishu (Black Saviour) with fellow band members Ereki on Electric Guitar, Hiku on Bass guitar and Taiko on drums.
