If needs be, these links will instruct you with Garage Kit basics and how to get them. These sites contains many other interesting links, it's why I don't want to build up an endless listing.  I also provide a non-exhaustive list of Figure Galleries from a few friends over the world. Don't hesitate to ask them questions, many are skilled modelers or real fans and will be proud to help you. As one of my teacher always said: "It's better to ask a question than to stay in your ignorance."

***** E2046.com; A good place to get garage kits at decent prices.  Good recast kits, they are made in a white resin harder to work than their previous material. Great models selection, good prices & fast shipping. They are based in Hong Kong.  I received excellent recasts from them in the past and was very satisfied for what I paid. Also, their forum is a very friendly and interesting place to get in touch with amateur & professionnal modelers. A good way to learn tips and news about GK.

****     Hobbyfan.com; an other serious company, very good recast kits, good prices (usually same as E2046.com). If you stay in United States, they have a flat shipping fee very interesting. However, if you aren't in USA, you will pay much more, so E2046.com may be an alternative. Therefore, I've ordered nine kits from them and I was never unsatisfied. They are very fast & reliable, I received my orders within five business day.
Time Strike Studios; a small & friendly website from UK countryside created by a respected friend on E2046 Forum, Ian M. Fleetwood, the porcelain-like painter. A very clean & good-looking site that will grow up for sure with the excellent work of its lonesome modeller. Ian doesn't list his GK collection, but he got a fantastic amount of original & recast kits. Specialized in Evangelion & he can't hide his passion for Najica! I heard the rumor he has also an incredible amount of Sailor Moon GK, but nobody never seen it, maybe Smoon!

Animemodel; you can't miss this one! Matrix (Albert Mees) present is excellent masterpieces from Belgium.  His oil shading technic is still one of the best you can find on the web. Great models, great tips! A landmark for us Garage kits and figures modelers.
IPMS Modelbouwclub Willebroek; nice website presenting the works of a friendly club from the Flanders in Belgium, planes, military, tanks, historic figures and... Garage Kits! Take a look!
Midnight Partners; an excellent site featuring the outstanding work of Vellj001 (Joseph Vella) from the mysterious island of Malta.  He is an armor maniac and he knows very well how to make figures realler than reality.  A user-friendly site made by a sympathic guy.

Kisekae World; A fellow canadian website about... Animation and related stuff, of course!! Nice figures with professionnal rendering! Take a look to their tutorial, simple but will makes your life alot easier!
DzetaPlus; From Ming, an excellent Hong Knong modeller! Nicely presented website containing great figures! Worth more than a look.
Otakuparadise; She offered, few months ago an excellent painting service. Since this time, she still bring us excellent model to share. Otakuparadise (Elizabeth Gonzalez) sell also few unpainted kits from time to time. You can catch excellent model at nice price. A very nice person to do business with from Quebec, Canada.
AnimeFigureKit.com; You can find painted & assembled figures or unassembled kits. Watch her "For Sale section", you could find very rare unassembled kits!!! Émilie Sauriol, from Canada, is an excellent & friendly person to do business with... A good place to look for old Ranma ˝ kits.
Baxojayz; His site isn't the bigger one or the best I saw, but you know, Bobby P. is some great guy. The typical enthusiastic Brooklyn New Yorker, always ready to help you out. A nice guy to talk with, he is a real skilled modeler, even if he rarely shows his work. Feel free to ask about modeling questions or whatever you want!
Smoon Kits; a friendly website created by a friend on E2046.com Forum. She's not a professionnal, but she manages to do a great job on her garage kits. She's an extremely productive modeller & her skills are increasing quickly. Ah! I forgot the must important thing: it's an other Sailor Moon fans! ^_^ Worth to visit! (Spanish & English)
*****   HobbyLink Japan; they sell only original kits (cost an arm and a leg!) but you have access to many kits and not only GK (military, planes, ships, car & motorcycles). Great place to get Japanese plastic model. Watch "For Sale" items, there's good stock there.
HobbySearch; they sell original kits at discounted price. Never used it personnaly, but it's a good place.
****   Yahoo! Japan Auction; A good place to get original and out-of-production kits. It's often a modeller paradise but prices can be really high because you have to use intermediates like  www.rinkya.com or www.celga.com. (Both are good, but Rinkya is a more expensive & lately, Celga turned out to do bad job after an excellent service until now) Example, an auction you won for 41.00 $US could easily cost you 80.00 $US or much. Actually, it exists other service cheaper & more reliable, just check on the name.

Tanoue Zone; a special section in HobbyLink Japan. This guy have an incredible collection of rare original Sailor Moon garage kits. Unfortunately, he only sells them at Wonder Festival & JAF-CON. This site is useful if you want specific information about a kit (sculptor, company, scale, pieces & price). The Sailor Moon Garage Kit's Bible.

Ebay; If you are like me and are all right to take risks, MAYBE you'll find some interesting kits on Ebay. Caution, there's no regulation there (there are but you know what I mean!) and all depends on seller honesty (don't expect to much from it, it's just a last resort alternative). Sure you can find great original kit at good price but to be honest, bad quality is beside the worst crappy kit. You'll quickly meet Megawish.net & AnimeHGK (based in Thailand), some comments about them:

Megawish.net: Wow! What an incredible experience to see a Megawish's GK. A guy put words on my feeling: "You open the box, take a look to its contents and have this "I'm gonna sandpaper myself to death" feeling."  It became a running gag among my friends. The resin quality & casting are awfully bad. However, they answered quickly my email, package was excellent and shipping was fast. But what's the point of good packaging when the kit should go to garbage? I still learn a lot when I worked on it, it was my first ever GK.

AnimeHGK: Their quality is imprevisible and shipping take an eternity (about a month or more). One of my two kits had broken fingers and both were made of this brittle translucent resin. However, the casting was very good for the price I paid. I think 9.99$ for a 1/8 Minako and a casting not too bad is a deal if you're not afraid about some extra work. But remember one thing, a brittle resin kit is never a GOOD deal because it is frail and can crumble in pieces at any moment.

Sometimes, you can also find original kit on Ebay, but that's rare!

Take your chance!
