| Comments: | I got it just in time because it turned Out of Stock few days after I sent
my order. Lucky! ^_^ It's one of my best GK, it's a little masterpiece in itself. I
worked a lot on it and you can see the result. I received a lot of great comments about
from people hating hentai, so I consider I did something good! Thanks to everybody for
thoses kind words. Actually, my friends are still fighting each other to get it! Why?
Because I'm not a Hentai fan and don't want to display it at home! ^^ A thing is sure, Escalayer is really popular; A-Brand, X-Brand, Kotobukiya & a lot of other kits released at WHF 2003 and other conventions. She's a very cute character and if I choose the X-Brand version, it's because the pose is good, details excellent and it's kawaii. I really wanted a detailled and complexe kit to have a real modeller challenge. Sailor Moon's GK are funny to build, but they offer less opportunities to test your skills. I'm not an hentai fan at all (so boring), but the model was so cool, I couldn't resist to buy it. It's my first order at E2046.com and I'm proud to encourage this outstanding online store. It costs me 50.00 $ US but it was worth. |

| Comments from peers on E2046 forum: | Matrix | Some weird
mixes of paint indeed, but seems they are doing the trick, looks already
nice Sweeping paint of with the finger, i do it regulary with oil paints lately it gives smotther effect than using kitchen tissue. Hope to see soon the pictures of the finished model |
| smoon | The colors are great!! the hair is like it was on fire, hope to see it complete soon | |
| tfcreate | Hmm.....
asymetrical painting. That looks fantastic. Believe it or not, different
types of paints, brands and textures makes the model look more "alive." Look
at your own hand. It's not one color, nor is it one texture. The same with
everything organic or cloth. You broke new ground with this one, and I can
hardly wait to see her with her head. TFC |
|
| Alex | Hey, gifts
should be wrapped! Or in a box! And where is the christmas tree? By the way - the skin color looks great. When will we see the finished model? CAN'T WAIT!!!! |
|
| steev | Can't wait to see the finished product! The "finger painting" method sounds interesting. I would probably need a more pointed finger though. | |
| Chii_sai | I'm liking your painting Sailor, i'm awaiting to see this ready kit! | |
| baxojayz | Nice work
Matt. I can't wait to see the finished work. Then I shall pass judgement.

| Matrix | WOW! Great
looking work. I like the colors. The eyes are really nice color and giving a very good expression on the face. Really some present to see this one, Thanx |
|
| Project J-Ko | Very beautiful, I love the expression in her eyes and the tentacles all over her body. It sounds like it took you a while to build this kit. No place to display it? Is it a lack of room or is it the kit itself? Look forward to seeing your next kit. | |
| steev | Very colorful! I agree the eyes are quite good. | |
| tfcreate | That a
stunning model. The colours and textures work beautifully. I'm really impressed! Well worth the 3 months wait. You did a fantastic job. Congratulations. TFC |
|
| smoon | Ok, I'm going to be honest, I don't like this kind of kits, but honestly you did an AMAZING job on this one, she is stunning!! my respects | |
| vellj001 | A great
work which really show your improvment over just a year of GK modeling.
Although to be as well honest I do not like that much these kind of kit I
have to say that this is one of the best I have seen so far made by you. The kit in itself look quite complicated but with your painting you brought out every single detail. I also like the skintone and espcially the eye expression. My compliments Sailor. |
|
| Chii_sai | Matt,
you are if overcoming to each kit that put here at the forum.... The painting is impeccable, great skin tones and clothes, eyes very well drawn. A wonderful present of Christmas!!!!! Congratulations |
|
| vellj001 | I fully
understand your need for a good challange after a year on GK modeling. To
say it short mine came after some six months and was Meiya Mitsurugi in
Battle Suit. From then on every figure I made had a sort of challange and
that it what I like in life challanges to help me overcome my fears. You passed yours quite well as I can see. again my compliments. |
|
| Vincent Valentine | I'm glad
to see your first GK - and what an effort it is. For someone being raped, she doesn't seem terribly unhappy..... I've always found the tentacle thing disturbing.... but the fact that they resemble earthworms... ...it doesn't help any. Sadly, the first set of pictures I have more difficulty discerning compared to your second in-progress photos. |
