| OTHER CHARACTERS Name: Death He is an ally of Count Dracula and hangs out with him at night to have fun doing "nocturnal activities". Name: Master Librarian He runs the library in Count Dracula's castle. He is a wise man who knows much of monsters, sells special items, and shoes you special fighting techniques. Name: Count Dracula (AKA Dracula Vlad Trepes) Age: Aproximately 800 years old. Although known by numerous names, one thing remaians evident, that he is the root of everything dark and evil. He produced Alucard and owns Castlevania. Referred to many times as "Lord Of This Castle", he is said tocome into existance every century. It is abnormal the castle appeared again after the four year defeat of Dracula. (Hmm wonder what that's all about.) Name: Lisa This woman was Alucard's mother and only "appears" once in the game and is rarely mentioned. She is the only woman that the Count has ever loved and for that reason decided not to take away her human form. Unfortunately, she was persecuted mistakenly for a witch because she had developed medicine to cure the ill. III. Controls Richter's Functions: Square button = attack with whip Directional buttons(AKA D-Pad) = move and control Richter Cross button = jump Triangle button = special attack Up arrow and square button = use sub weapon Start button (obviously) = pause Hold square button while rotating D-pad = spin whip Down arrow and cross button = slide Press cross button twice quickly = backwards somersault Quickly press up arrow, down arrow, and cross button = airborn jump Alucard's Functions(you can change them in the configuration section): Square button = use Alucard's current weapon or item in his right hand Circle button = use Alucard's current weapon or item in his left hand Directional buttons(AKA D-Pad) = move and control Alucard. The up arrow is used to move elevators up or to make Alucard sit in a chair. The down arrow is used to make Alucard crouch or move elevators down. Cross button = jump or select items in the menu screen Quickly press cross button twice in a row = double jump (Leapstone relic required) Quickly press up arrow, down arrow, and cross button = super jump (Moon Shoes relic required) Up arrow + circle or square button = use sub weapon Triangle button = back dash Start button = menu screen/pauses game Select button = bring up map/pauses game R1 button = shapeshift into a bat (Soul Of Bat relic required) R2 button = shapeshift into wolf (Soul Of Wolf relic required) L1 button = shapeshift into mist (Mist Cloud relic required) |
