Welcome to Briar Rose Chinchillas!
i am a hobby breeder and have been breeding for about 5 years now. I am a ECBC member under the name Briar Rose ChinChillas. i would like to be able to help the quality of the chinchillas in color, quality, temperment and in health.
I am a Veterinary Technician I have a great job, and hopefully have settled down for now. I moved to St. Joseph may of 2007 after graduating college in Iowa. I have only a small stock of chinchillas. My girls have the ebony gene and my youngest male is the son of my two original breeders. I plan on having him for my other female which he is not related to.
I am still learning a lot about colors and how they are shown.
