Usagi, ou communément appelée Chibi ou Chibi moon est la fille de Sailormoon devenue Reine Sérénité et du Prince Endymion.  Elle est arrivée du 30e siècle en volant une clé permettant de voyager dans le temps appartenant à Pluton, guerrière du temps.  Malgré son air si jeune, elle a 900 ans et sa croissance fut stoppée lors d'une explosion survenue dans le millenium d'argent.  C'est une jeune fille très déterminée et secrète, très attachée à son père et peu sur d'elle.  Elle est la leader des guerrières du Cartel des amazone venant du 30e siècles.  Elle a le pouvoir du Cristal d'agent rose et en elle coule le sang impérial du millenium d'argent de la lune.  Petite princesse Sérénité, elle apprend à devenir une grande guerrière pour remplacer sa mère plus tard.
