Studio 3 is led by Tessa Romanowski, AIA, who has 10+ years experience in
architectural design, building construction and master planning.
Studio 3 approaches each project with the goal of creating a design team
consisting of the client, the designer and the builder. We carefully listen to and
consider the personal values of the client, and organize them into a coherent set of
attributes for the project. It is these attributes, tempered by the experience &
knowledge of the designer, that will inform the project aesthetically, functionally, and
financially. We consider a successful project to be one that ends with each member
of the design team having a sense of ownership and pride in the completed work.
