The Devaki family raised Karis to understand the importance of her role as heir and protector of the kingdom. She has yet to be involved in the more serious decision making for the kingdom's fate as she has not yet reached her majority but she regularly sits in on meetings and voices her opinions and researches the main points after every meeting.
She is well loved by the common people as she is very involved with them on a personal level. She has started many charities, soup kitchens, and housing devlopment programs under the guidance of good advisors and is steadily helping the poorer of the city get back on their feet in order to boost the economics of the kingdom.

Outfit: Cygnus wears a black babydoll dress with thick shoulder straps. Under her dress she wears a pair of very short black shorts. The dress has an empire waist, the lower part being slightly see-through while the upper part is opaque. The two parts are seperated by a line of white pearls and a thin white ribbon tied into a bow in the front. Her sailor collar is white with two lines of black pearls and is not connected to the dress. She wears a pair of black thigh high stockings with white ribbons tied into a bow on the fronts and a pair of white, closed-toe platform maryjane shoes. She also wears a pair of long black gloves that reach to her mid-upper arms and have more thin white bows at the top of each.
