| The Night The night wraps itself around me... Surrouded in dark flower petals and leaves I can barely breathe... Dancing in the cold bitter air steals my soul away... t is so dank and brutal in the night. Such freezing loneliness. I can't hear, I can't see, am I alone? I don't know what I am touching, I don't understand what is happening. I am scared...why is it so dark? I can't stop the shivering, I can't stop the pain... What I wouldn't give for a hand... warmth love and affection that are lost in the night. The night is wrapping itself around me... tighter and tighter. I fear I may become lost inside it... Forever. |
