Info. Cecile was the last of the Sailor Sprites to get her powers from the old woman. When Cecile was 3, she lived with her mother in an apartment in Tokyo. (Their appartment was on the first floor) One night, the appartment caught fire. The gas stove exploded and the flash blinded Cecile while catching her mother's clothes on fire. Her mother was able to get her out of the house, but the hot clothing was beginning to melt into her flesh. Cecile's mother died from the severity of her burns and Cecile was placed in the orphanage. She became friends with Aiko and also moved into the palace.
