Sailormars: Senshi of Flame
Sailormars first appears in Act 3 in the manga. Usagi is on the bus when she sees a lovely dark-haired miko and follows her, entranced. Rei senses evil and slaps a Akuryou Taisan on Usagi. She apologizes immediately. A woman comes up to Rei and says her daughter is missing, that Mimi got on the 'Phantom Bus', a bus that goes past Hikawa Shrine and vanishes. Luna wonders if Rei is the Princess. Usagi returns to the shrine the next day to see Mimi's mother asking Rei to use her ESP to find Mimi. Rei refuses. Mimi's mother says that maybe Rei made Mimi disappear and Rei yells at her to leave. Later Rei is reading the sacred fire when she sees Jadeite grabbing Usagi in it. She starts to go to warn Usagi and the bus drives by (Jade's driving). He picks her up. Usagi becomes a stewardess (?????) and jumps on. The bus goes into a portal.
Jadeite remarks on how pretty Rei is. He is interrupted by Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury. Mercury attacks with her fog but Jade freezes it. Sailor Moon traps him in her tiara and Merc throws the Mars pen in Rei's general direction. Rei transforms and throws another Akuryou Taisan, this time at Jade, which destroys him.

Sailormars has two distinctive things about her fuku- one, her high heels, and two, the jewel at the bottom of her leotard where the skirt meets it. Naoko loves the high heels.

In the R season, Mars is the first senshi to be kidnapped, by Cooan and Rubeus, at a school festival in which both she and Cooan are telling fortunes. In the Super season, Mars' opponent is Eudial, the teacher of etiquette at Muguen Gakuen. In SuperS, she faces Tigereye in the house of mirrors, and he plays upon her feelings of self-pride and loneliness. In Stars, Mars' Sailor crystal is stolen by Sailor Aluminum Siren along with her best friend's, Venus'.
