| Sailor Chibi Chibi, or better known as Chibi Chibi, is an adorable little girl that came out of no where. She hypnotized Usagi's family into believing that she was Usagi's sister. Much like Chib-Usa did with Usagi's family too . Chibi Chibi doesn't know how to talk, so she only mimics Usagi and the others. She wonders off into the city and she doesn't returns until the afternoon. Chibi Chibi gave Sailor Moon her second attack in the anime, the Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss attack. Chibi Chibi also carries a red burner where ever she goes, Princess Kakyuu was hiding in the red burner. Chibi Chibi in the anime, was Galaxia's star seed and the light of hope.
