| Noako Takuechi was born in March 15, 1967 in Yamanashi or konfu Japan. She graduated from Kyoritsu Chemical University and took a job as a pharmaceutic at the Hospital Keio. Even though she worked full time, her editor pushed her to creat more manga. Noako's mothers name is Ikuko, her fathers name is Kenji, and her brothers name is Shingo. That's Usagi's siblings and parents names as well in Sailor Moon. Naoko describes herself to be more like Usagi, I guess that's why she named Usagi's parents and siblings have the same names as Noako's family. Noako also wrote the lyrics for the anime songs and wrote poems for the anime, made art books, and so many other things for the anime. Noako Takuechi is the creator of Sailor Moon and one fo the most beloved manga artists of all time. She is a famous manga artist in Japan for her creation of Sailor Moon and other unique romance mangas. Sailor Moon is not the only manga she has written, but many other famous romantic mangas such as Miss Rain, Code Name Sailor V, Maria, ?Prism Time, and PQ Angels. Her latest and newest manga is Love Witch, this is her eleventh manga. Code Name Sailor V was the manga that started it all. Unfortunatley she never got to finish the story (There are only 3 volumes). When Code Name Sailor V was first published it became a huge hit in Japan that they wanted to make it into an Anime. Although the publishing company told Noako to change story into a team of 5 Senshi's. That's how Noako came up with the idea of Sailor Moon. What was changed in the story was that Sailor V or Sailor Venus was no longer the main character, it was Sailor Moon! When the manga of Sailor Moon was first it became a major hit! It instantly became one of the top 10 selling mangas in Japan and was made right away into an anime. There were 200 episodes that were made for Sailor Moon, including 4 other special episodes and the 3 movies that appeared in the big screen. Noako is currently living in in Tokyo, Japan, and in the same neighborhood and house as Usagi. She got married in January 6, 1999 with Yoshiro Tagashi, he is the creator of Yu-Yu-Hakusho. Yoshiro Tagashi is another famous manga artist for his manga of Yu-Yu-Hakusho that was also made into an anime. They went on their honey moon to Spain and Turkey, I just wanted to add that because it's romantic and sweet haha. Noako and Yoshiro had a baby boy as well. |
