Favorite Food: Sauteed Mahi Mahi (This is a type of Hawaiian fish.); This was one of the first non-baby food dishes she was fed in her home Hawai'i, and it grew on her until it was her favorite dish. Her mother made it often.
Least Favorite Food: Beef ; Aolani doesn't believe in killing cows, horses, or even chickens for food, although she will eat some chicken (so she's not a vegetarian).
Favorite Subjects: Choir and Art; Aolani has a beautiful singing voice inherited from her grandmother on her mother's side. She is also very interested in painting and photography.
Least Favorite Subjects: Math and Language Arts; Aolani is not very good at doing anything with numbers whatsoever. She is also fairly poor at English, having grown up learning Hawaiian as her first language.
Favorite Activities: Hula dancing, singing in Hawaiian for her friends, taking pictures. Hula dancing and singing because she was taught them by her mother and looks to her as a role model. She likes to take pictures because when she was younger she went to an art museum and was particulary moved by an exhibit of photos of people in every day life, and is determined to make an exhibit with as much or more impact as that one did on her.
Least Favorite Activities: Reading in english, doing math homework; Aolani is not great with numbers, therefore math homework bothers her. Unless she is reading something written in Hawaiian, Aolani is not very good at reading and comprehending.

History: Aolani grew up in Honolulu, Hawai'i with her
mother and father. Hawaiian was her first language because she lived in a part of Hawai'i that encouraged the learning of the native language before English.When she was seven, her mother gave birth to her younger sister, Nani, who is now nine years old.
Aolani grew up in Honolulu, but it was one of those neighborhoods where tradition is valued. She grew up learning very traditional aspects of Hawaiian life yet was exposed to the city at the same time, giving her a very cultured lookout on life. Since she had many viewpoints, it was easier for her to grow and understand the world. She also made many friends from all over, since Honolulu is a popular tourist spot.
When Aolani had just turned 16 (Nani was still 8 at the time), the family moved to Alexandria, Virigina, for her father's work. Since she was used to losing friends who were only on vacation in Hawai'i, it didn't really bother Aolani to move. She knew there were always other ways to communicate with her old friends and that she could always make new ones. She also realized that her family would always be the same and that all of her things would still be coming, even if her house was not the same.
Aolani is 75% Hawaiian and 25% Japanese. Her mother is 100% Hawaiian and her father is 50% Japanese from his mother's side while he is also 50% Hawaiian from his father's side.

Attack Name- Ruby Sigma Spike
Appearance- Sailor Ruby yells out "Ruby Sigma" and she moves into a throwing stance, and then "Spike". She stabs the Ena Ihe into the enemy's body as many times as she sees fit.
Effect- A stabbed enemy.
Accuracy/Effectiveness- This is basically her most effective attack, as she controls it. However, if she is tired or injured, she won't be able to really stab the enemy, and so they may get away.

Attack Name- Ruby Flaming Spear
Appearance- Sailor Ruby yells out "Ruby Flaming" and moves into the throwing stance used in "Ruby Sigma Spike". When she yells "Spear", she throws the flaming Ena Ihe at the enemy, setting it on fire.
Effect- Bar-b-q'd enemy!
Accuracy/Effectiveness- Ruby's aim is good, so missing isn't much of a problem unless the enemy is very fast. However, her throwing arm is not as strong, and the spear may flop.

Attack Name- Flaming Barrier
Appearance- Ruby yells the attack and a large wall of fire emerges in front of her as a shield.
Effect- Most attacks are deflected and Ruby is protected.
Accuracy/Effectiveness- Earth attacks are deflected, and fire/air attacks are absorbed into the shield, making it stronger. Water attacks weaken the shield. Since Ruby's mental concentration keeps the barrier up, it all depends on her physical and mental state.
Type- Defensive; Fire
