| Pluto's entire presence is surrounded by mystery. From the age of a young girl she was the Princess of Pluto and one of the outer scouts. It's not fo sure that she was said that her mission was to guard the Gates of Time. Queen Serenity just gave her the staff with Garnet Orb and told her about her job as a sailor scout. Being the Guardian of the Gates of Time she was set three taboos she was never to break. The first one being to never allow anybody to pass through the gates, the second never to leave the post, and the third never to stop time. The third would have an ending result in her death. She lead a very lonely life guarding the Gates of Time. She never had any visitors and watched the world and the times go by her, she desired to be at service to Sailor Moon. But then we go to the time of Rini's childhood, she would often visit Pluto at the Gates of Time with Diana. Rini treasured their friendship dearly and regarded Pluto as an aunt or a best friend. Pluto had the same feeling for their friendship. When Rini was transformed into Black Lady, Pluto was distraught by this so she left her post to help Sailor Moon (hence breaking the second taboo, the first was borken when she let the scouts into the future). Pluto the broke the third taboo by stopping the time to stop Demando from touching the ginzuishou. With the scouts around her she then died. The spell on Rini was broken by her death. Neo - Queen Serenity promised the scouts that Pluto would rest peacefully in Crystal Tokyo. She died happily knowing that finally she was able to help Sailor Moon. Pluto was reborn like the rest of the scouts, but not by Queen Serenity, this time by Neo - Queen Serenity. She returned and teamed up with the scouts as a freshman at KO University, Meioh Setsuna. |
