| Rules for submitting Fan Fiction: |
| 1. Hiei and Hotaru must be paired together in your fan fiction. It does not have to center on them, but it has to have them paired together. 2. I will NOT accept any fan fiction with any yaoi/yuri. I WILL accept fan fictions with lemon, however. 3. Swearing/violence IS alowed, but the story MUST be rated appropriately. 4. Obviously, to have Hiei and Hotaru together, your story has to be a crossover. However, you are not limited to just cross Sailor Moon with Yu Yu Hakusho. You can cross your stories with anything else, AS LONG AS HIEI AND HOTARU ARE PAIRED TOGETHER IN YOUR STORY. |

| 1.Your art must have either Hiei, Hotaru, OR both characters included in your picture. I don't care if there are any others included as well, as long as Hiei, OR Hotaru, OR both of them are included in the picture. 2. The characters in the picture CAN NOT be naked!! I will not accept that! |

| If I feel that any story or image does not qualify for this site, I WILL NOT put it up. I will tell you what I think is wrong with it if I don't put it up, and if I think that your story or image DOES apply to the rules, I will send you an email telling you that I will be putting it up. If you don't get an email from me, then I either didn't get your submission for some reason, or I haven't looked at it yet. If you don't get a response within two weeks, submit your story or image again. |
