Toon Zone clearly stated "We are not sure if Toonami will air sailor Moon again" But I heard on one of my forums that Adult Swim (late night to early morning programing on Cartoon Netowrk) might start to air the uncut version of Sailor Moon...im sure its nothing bad, so lets pray that they decide to air it!
