| Rufus Shrina (vice-president)- President Shrina's son. Immediately after President Shrina's death, Rufus plans his taking over of everything his father controlled. But Rufus' controlling techniques are intentioned to be much different from his old man's. Fear..must be felt by everyone to get what he wants. (Rather than with money). He later assigns Barret and the others to be executed for bringing out the meteor. (This was after he saved them) They manage to escape after WEAPON appears. Rufus tries to shoot 'Huge Materia' with a rocket into the meteor to try and destroy it, but fails. He is then finished off by WEAPON. | |||
