| Jenova ('The Crisis from the Sky') was once claimed to have gained the trust of the Cetra's, who populated most of the planet. After doing so, Jenova killed all but few of exsisting Cetra's. Since the Cetra's were able to converse with and help the planet when needed, the planet suffered greatly from this uprising. To protect itself, the planet created and sent the WEAPONS. Jenova was then sealed underground by force and and never to be heard of again. Shrina Inc. discovered this being several thousands of years later and unsealed her. Assuming this to have been a Cetra, they named her 'Jenova'. A new project was created, 'The Jenova Project' led by Hojo and Professor Gast. Jenova was then to be kept at Shrina HQ under heavy surveillance after having her head cut off in Nibelheim by her "son" Sephiroth. | |||||
