| Heidegger is one of those characters in the game that stands inutile and used way too much in the game. He eventually just becomes annoying. President Shrina seemed to like him though. With great luck, he doesn't last too long. (He lasted longer than Rufus though) He teamed up with Scarlet and released a not-so-powerful robot. Not suceeding, Heidegger doesn't live. | ||
