A Christmas Eve
Wedding
All my life dreams of a
Christmas Eve wedding
Now I know dreams really do
Come true
For on Christmas Eve
I shall "Marry You"
Burgundy velvet
with touches of hunter green
Chapel in the country
Amongst the fir trees
Walking down a snow path isle
Me and thee
Such excitement
My heads in a swirl
Thoughts of our first kiss
as husband and wife
beneath the mistletoe
Firelight aglow
Christmas Eve wedding
My minds in a whirl
Wearing white lace and velvet
Fluffy white fur about my face
Draped about me a velvet
wedding cape
Tell me again 1,000 times over
That you love me
On the most exciting night
of the year
A Christmas Eve wedding
Your bride I shall be
Walking to you down the isle
The piano begins to play
The holly and the ivy
Burgundy Roses
In the Bridal Bouquet
Those special words "I do"
We both say
A coach with white horses
drawn to guide us
To our wedding dinner
by candle light
Stars are shinning on
a late December night
All my life dreams of a
Christmas Eve wedding
Now I know dreams really do
Come true
For on Christmas eve
I shall "Marry You".....
