Epsilon Zeta Chapter History

The Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota was installed May 12, 1968 at The Boston Conservatory of Music, Boston, Massachusetts. In 2001, with only one member surviving, the chapter was in danger of going inactive. With the help of Marta Ebel, Rachel Kaplan, and the Boston Alumnae Chapter, Epsilon Zeta was able to build itself up again. With the help of the last remaining member, four students were able to initiate themselves and revive the chapter to form what is the thriving sisterhood we have today. Those students are Jessica Poisson, Alyson Greer, Aliana de la Guardia, and Shondra Paulson. EZ currently has fourteen initiated members.
