Gorean Beverages
Ale: Is not common outside the north
Bazi Tea:
This is an herbal tea. It comes in many different varities. During holidays it is served with cakes for breakfast. There are two ways in which it may be served. FIRST is the traditional and very formal serve. The tea is carefully measured into three very tiny cups which are drunk in rapid succession. yellow and red sugars are added as well as milk.  This serve is one in a home, not in a paga den. SECOND is drank in a regular sized mug with or without sugars and milk.

I like to think of this drink like the type of coffee called expresso found on earth. It is grown on in the mountain city of Thentis. It is very strong and very bitter. It is traditionally served very hot with yellow or white sugars and powdered bosk milk in tiny cips. Other sugars, creams and spices may also be served with it.  The phrase "second slave" means without cream or sugars. This is because it is a custom in some areas for two girls to serve the drink. One girl would have been responsible for the preparation of the drink while the other, the second girl, would pour and serve it.

Juices:
There are many types of juice on Gor. The ones that are most popular at Tarns Fury are ramberry or larma. They are in pitchers on the cooling rack and are served in goblets.
Kalana:
This reminds me of a red wine, very sparklie and powerful made from the fruit of the kalana tree. Kalana is normally sold and served in bottles.
Milk:
Milk from the bosk is the most common. Milk also comes from verr, and kaiila. Kaiila milk is reddish and has a strong salty taste because it has alot of ferrous sulphate.
This is a fermented brew made from Sa-Tarna grain. It is usually served at room temperature. In the north it is served hot and is kept in a kettle hanging over the torvis pit. Paga is very strong and sometimes may be diluted with water. It is served in a footed bowl.
Paga:
This wine is made from the famous Ta grapes of Cos. Ta grapes also grow in areas outside of Cos. It is served in a goblet.
