State Financial Corporation Act, 1951

Ss.29 & 46(B)The provisions of the State Financial Corporation Act will prevail over the provisions of any other laws including the provisions of the Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent) Control Act by virtue of Sec.46B of the S.F.C. ACT Taking possession of the building owned by the defaulter and evicting the lessees inducted by the defaulter. Corporation has got full right as per the Act and the contract entered into between parties to take possession of the building in case of default and evict the lessees. [Antony & Anr. Vs.
