STATE TRANSPORT APPELLATE TRIBUNAL RULES 1988

 

Rule 10 - The State Transport Appellate Tribunal has got power to pass interim orders either in the nature of Stay, suspension or order of direction after given notice to the other party.  It is not proper on the part of the Tribunal to defer the entire  matter till final hearing.
