Secs.165 & 175 .Jurisdiction of Civil Court Suit for damages filed before the Civil Court by a third party for personal injury caused and loss of the property of the plaintiff due to a motor accident . Civil Court dismissed the suit on the ground that the claim for damages shall be adjudicated only before the MACT. If the personal injury claimed has no direct connection with the use of the motor vehicle, the civil court has jurisdiction to adjudicate a claim for indirect damage caused and arising out of the use of the motor vehicle.
