Sec. 45(8) – Authority has to record reasons while passing orders for amending , varying, suspending or canceling the appointment. In emergent situations when the authorities cannot wait by issuing notice and then record reasons. Under such circumstances the authorities have got the power to suspend the appointment of authorized retail distributor temporarily pending enquiry. At the same time notice will have to be given to the authorized retail distributor before passing final orders.
