WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION ACT,1923.

• Appeal shall lie under Sec.30 of the Act, to the High Court.
• The period prescribed is sixty days  { Sec.30[a] }
• Court Fees of Rs.
• No appeal shall lie unless there is a substantial question of law or it is agreed order .
• No appeal by employer shall lie unless the it is accompanied by a certificate that the amount has been deposited.
• The amount payable can be withheld if the High Court so directs.[Sec.30-A]
